One thing that you may want to be prepared for when you become a HostGator reseller is that you will setup the help system for your clients yourself. The way this works is your clients contact you for assistance, and if it is something that you are not setup to do or if it is an issue with the server etc., you then contact HostGator yourself. In other words, the HostGator reseller is the middle person between your clients and HostGator. Those are your customers and not HostGator’s. They make that point very clear.
