After 6 months subscribing with hostgator (Baby Plan) I’m very happy with their performance. My website no longer experiencing server downtime problem and also avoids a database crash with my previous web hosting.
With the unlimited add-on domains, it is easier to manage my 20 domains in one account and save money while doing so which leverages the unlimited add-on domain, bandwidth and space. I would recommend for those still search the best web hosting to choose hostgator. You will be extremely satisfied with their support and server performance. -Dynnie

This is the second time I am writing a review. And the reason for this is unparalleled Hostgator service. I started with hostgator in September. And so far experience has been awesome. Till date, I have hardly experienced any downtime. With my previous host every other day I used to get the message “The forum is unable to connect with the database” due to those useless people. But with hostgator I am glad. My website users are more than happy now, with no downtime and no harassment.
Plus, I would specially like to mention about the support. Both the Live Chat and Ticket System are great. Live chat is specially for the less experienced webmasters like me who need support in case of emergencies. I have always found the Ticket system better here due to the quality and accuracy of replies I have got. The Live Chat executives somehow don’t seem to be sure about their replies, but still I would say they are better than any executives of other hosting sites. But Live chat can be better, but Ticket System is THE BEST!!!
Specially would like to give a lot of thanks to The Unparalleled service of Hostgator. I am just a 17 year Old Webmaster in the final year of my school. At this crucial time when I need to concentrate on my studies due to the final exams, I dont need to worry about my website. Because I know hostgator is always there, And would be at their best always. It’s due to their unparalleled service, I have been able to give the best in my studies, not worrying about my website.
